Filippo Cipriano

Author for nearly 20 years for major Italian broadcasters , Filippo has adapted numerous formats for Italy collaborating with Endemol , Sony , Fremantle , All3Media , Televisa , Red Arrow , Armoza and many others . CCO and later Managing Director of Ambra Banijay . It is currently the CEO of Nonpanic , a Banijay / Zodiak group company.



Michele Befacchia

Italy, 1976.

2000: Degree in Economics and Finance, CLEFIN, Bocconi University. Program of International Management at WU, University of Vienna. Assistant Professor of Finance at Bocconi University in 2008-2009

2001 : Joined Group Meliorbanca Gallo &Co, one of the fastest growing and dynamic investment banking group in early 2000’s, working in Capital Markets for institutional clients in structuring and sales of Derivatives, distribution of convertible bonds, High Yield and Investment Grade new issuances, Options and Swaps, with relevant contributions over the years to the Bank profitability.

2004: became Portfolio Manager for P&G SGR, alternative investment management company. From simple spin off of Meliorbanca, the start up crossed in a few years 1 billion euros in terms of assets under management, from large institutional investors and Family offices, accredited among major indipendent asset managers in Italy and Europe.

2010: Leaved P&G to devote himself to working as independent advisor for groups of entrepreneurs, in the development of new business projects and Special Situations.

May 2010: Marco Bassetti hired him as Financial Family Officer with responsibility over some strategic investments owned by family group.

2012: become Co-CEO of Prader Inversiones 2007 Srl, and investment holding company founded by Marco Bassetti, with the task of managing all Group investments in the areas of Real Estate, Renewable Energies, Infrastructures, Digital, Media and Entertainment. It is responsible for all strategic activities and M&A, financial management, strategic planning and control of subsidiaries, and origination of new business.

Among other activities, has been Member of the Board of Directors for a digital venture of Mondadori Group, and for the Italian branch of Stage Entertainment, a Dutch group of live entertainment present at international level in the management of theatres and live musical productions, founded by Joop Van den Ende, one of the creators of Endemol, and today owned by CVC. He also served as a Non-Executive Director on the board committee of Applix, one of the most innovative Italian startups developing mobile apps, financed by other VC funds.

Francesco Foppoli

Francesco relies on an over 20-year-long experience as TV program writer for Rai, Mediaset and Sky, actively working in the most popular genres such as reality series, cooking and talent shows, infotainment, scientific programs, social experiments, travel factual.
He has taken part in several productions, both domestic and adaptation formats. Only to mention some among the most outstanding: Popstar, The Voice of Italy, Changing Rooms, Married at First Sight, Le plus grand patissier, Festivalbar, Verissimo, La Macchina del Tempo.

Author and creative director with experience in the world of television , events and new media .
David has worked for the main Italian broadcasters (Rai , Discovery , DJTV , MTV , La7 , Mediaset) focusing the attention to the docureality genre and the production of new original formats . Creator of the cult program “Pascalistan”

Massimo Modica

With more than 20 years of television experience, he has produced numerous formats for Ballandi arts , Ruvido production , Fox International and by working in various genres : from Docufiction to Game show from Reality to Fiction . In Nonpanic plays the role of Head of Production coordinating the production aspect and organizational programs .

Emanuele Finardi

As worked in Zodiak Active since early 2010, after twelve years of activity within La7 and MTV Italy as head of production , Emanuele Finardi has strung together six years of some major activity in the branded entertainment : from the first branded content never aired on Italian networks ( Sofa Football Club for Heineken , broadcast on Sky UNO and Sky Sports in May 2010) , continuing with the first branded content aired on Mediaset networks in 2014 ( Bye Bye Cinderella for Perfetti Van Melle ) .It’s also one of his creations the longest running project in the history of branded entertainment – Jack On Tour – tied to the Jack Daniel’s brand , now in its seventh edition . In Nonpanic holds the position of chief commercial officer branded content .
